Information practices and important limitations for Monzony’s services and educational platform.

Privacy

1. Information We Collect

Monzony may receive information you voluntarily provide when contacting us, requesting services, or sharing project requirements. Depending on the interaction, this may include your name, email address, company details, and information about business or technical projects.

The current website does not provide a contact form. Inquiries are made through the email address or LinkedIn profile published on our Contact page. Information you send through those channels is handled through the relevant communication service.

Hosting and website delivery services may process technical information, such as network and request information, to operate the site, maintain security, and address performance or operational issues.

2. How We Use Information

Information may be used to:

  • Respond to inquiries and service requests.
  • Evaluate project requirements and prepare proposals.
  • Deliver and support AI agents and automation services, including strategy and technical guidance within the agreed project scope.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve Monzony.ai and Monzony AI Lab.
  • Address website performance, security, and operational issues.

3. Monzony AI Lab and Educational Activities

Monzony AI Lab provides learning paths, educational lessons, code examples, tutorials, and guided projects about AI agents, automation, APIs, Python, Local AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI engineering.

AI Lab saves completed lessons, the current learning path, project checkpoints, and a dismissed progress notice in local storage in your browser. These records are not synchronized across browsers or devices. They may be lost when you clear browser storage or change browsers or devices. No account is required for this progress feature.

You can reset AI Lab progress using its reset control, or remove it by clearing this site’s browser storage. If browser storage is unavailable, progress may last only for the current page session. AI Lab search and knowledge checks run in your browser; the site does not execute the tutorial code or learner-submitted code.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential business information, patient information, personal data belonging to others, or other sensitive information through educational examples or external AI tools unless the relevant workflow is specifically designed and authorized to handle it. If you run a tutorial locally, you are responsible for the data and credentials you supply to your own implementation.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Services

The website uses hosting and delivery services to serve its pages. Hosting-layer cookies were observed on the public website during this revision. Their behavior may depend on the hosting configuration and security conditions. AI Lab learning progress uses local storage rather than a progress-tracking cookie.

The site loads its typography from Google Fonts through Google’s font services. These requests connect your browser to Google and may disclose technical request information, such as your IP address. Following our LinkedIn link takes you to a separate website governed by LinkedIn’s terms and privacy practices.

No advertising tracker or analytics script was identified in the application reviewed for this revision. This is not a claim that hosting services collect no operational information. The current site does not provide an analytics opt-out or cookie-consent panel. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings; restricting them may affect website operation or saved learning progress.

Tutorials may reference external AI APIs, libraries, or local model tools. Reading or copying a code example does not itself send a model request. Running the optional live API example on your own machine sends the data you provide to the selected provider and may incur usage charges. Review that provider’s terms and privacy policy before doing so.

Third-party services process information under their applicable privacy policies and service arrangements. Their access depends on their function; not every provider receives all information you share with Monzony.

5. Information Sharing

Monzony does not sell personal information as a business practice.

Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website, respond to requests, or deliver agreed services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect legitimate rights, security, or the integrity of our services. Sharing is limited by the purpose of the relevant interaction.

6. Data Security and Retention

Monzony takes reasonable steps appropriate to its operations to protect information under its control. No website, application, transmission method, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide requested services, to maintain relevant business records, or to meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and the engagement; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion deadline or specific security certification.

Browser-local AI Lab progress remains subject to your browser’s storage settings and your decision to reset or clear it.

7. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided. These rights do not apply identically in every jurisdiction or situation.

Use the existing contact channel published on the website to submit a privacy-related inquiry. You can also manage this site’s cookies and local storage through your browser and reset learning progress within AI Lab.

Disclaimer

8. General Information

Content published on Monzony.ai and Monzony AI Lab is provided for general informational and educational purposes.

Website content is not legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, or other professional advice tailored to a particular situation. Consult appropriately qualified professionals when necessary.

9. AI Education, Code, and Technical Examples

AI Lab may include tutorials, sample code, architecture diagrams, configuration examples, and project walkthroughs relating to AI systems and automation. These are educational examples, not a guarantee that an implementation is secure, accurate, suitable, or production-ready.

Code and technical instructions may require modification for a particular environment, dependency version, security requirement, or business use case. Tests supplied with a tutorial cover stated example behavior; they do not establish universal reliability or production readiness.

Before using code or architecture in a real system, review, test, and validate its permissions, data handling, dependencies, error handling, and operational behavior. Examples involving APIs, databases, tools, agents, or local models should be evaluated carefully before being adapted to production environments. Clearly labeled planned lessons and projects are not published implementation guides.

10. AI-Generated Outputs

AI models and AI-powered systems may generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unexpected results. Generated content is not inherently correct and does not replace appropriate human review.

Visitors and clients are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them, particularly where decisions could affect people, finances, operations, security, or legal obligations.

11. AI Agents and Automation

AI agents and automated workflows can behave unpredictably when exposed to ambiguous instructions, unreliable data, unexpected inputs, or external system changes.

Implementations should use permissions, testing, monitoring, access controls, error handling, and human oversight appropriate to the risks involved. No agent, automation, or integration should be assumed to operate without errors or to suit every business environment.

Local AI is not automatically secure, completely private, always cheaper, or universally better than cloud AI. Outcomes depend on the architecture, models, infrastructure, data handling, and security controls.

12. Consulting Services and Business Outcomes

Monzony provides AI Agents & Automation services, with strategy and technical guidance according to the applicable project scope and client agreement. Recommendations depend on each client’s objectives, available data, technical environment, resources, and implementation requirements.

Monzony does not guarantee specific financial returns, productivity improvements, cost savings, operational results, or other business outcomes unless expressly agreed in a written contract.

The scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, and applicable terms of each engagement are governed by the relevant agreement. General educational materials do not amend or replace that agreement.

13. Third-Party Products and Services

Educational materials or services may reference external software, APIs, AI models, libraries, hosting providers, or other third-party products. These are subject to their respective terms, licenses, privacy policies, availability, usage costs, and technical limitations.

A reference does not necessarily constitute an endorsement. Monzony is not responsible for changes or interruptions to services operated by third parties, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

14. Availability and Error-Free Operation

Monzony aims to provide a useful and reliable website and educational experience but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, permanent availability of a particular resource, or compatibility with every device or technical environment.

Content, tutorials, software references, and learning resources may be updated, modified, or removed as technologies evolve.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Monzony is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on general educational content, sample code, AI-generated outputs, or technical examples without appropriate independent evaluation and validation.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability where prohibited by applicable law or overrides obligations expressly established in a written agreement.

Any additional limitation of liability for a consulting engagement must be addressed in the relevant client agreement and reviewed by qualified legal counsel. This page is not represented as attorney-reviewed or legally certified.
